Heart, Mind and Matter.
In my perspective, design is where the heart, mind, and matter converge. It's far from a corporate endeavour; it's a way of being, it's deeply personal. Over two decades, I've worked through various design fields, collaborating with diverse professionals: architects, interior designers, graphic designers, photographers, and set designers. What matters to me is not only their skills and talent, but also their unique personalities, quirks, kindness and sense of humour.
We make teams based on each project's goals and needs, creating thoughtful, integrated solutions. It is an unusual structure, a hierarchically flat group of partners that manage the projects and work collaboratively. This ensures the work is done by small teams with the right persons.
