A young couple wanted a calm, comfortable home at Quinta do Pinhão, surrounded by pine forest. We created a quiet base of oak, limestone, linen and wool, with soft beige tones that could carry through the rooms and leave space for books, art and personal objects to bring their character into the house.

In the living room, a vibrant painting became the counterpoint to that neutral base, while an oversized lamp, warm light and carefully placed spotlights added comfort and focus. The aim was a simple, tactile home shaped around the couple’s everyday routines. A place to slow down, feel at ease and restore energy.
